Form filling:
Fill the admission form and make the required payment to secure your child's admission at VPM.
Submission of documents:
Attach the neccessary documents and finish the admission procedure.

Copy of the Report Card of the class last attended

Blood Group Analysis Report

Immunization record (For pre-primary)

One stamp size photograph each of father and mother

Aadhar Card copy of the Child & the Parent

Proof Of Residence

Single parent should submit a copy of custody
papers/divorce papers or any other paper applicable

Fitness Certificate from the Doctor
